When No One Had the Answers, I Went Looking for Them Myself.

I’m Danielle—a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Functional Psychiatry Coach, and mom of two, including a child with special needs and another with ADHD. I didn’t start this work from textbooks—I started it as a mom sitting in waiting rooms, feeling dismissed, overwhelmed, and desperate for answers that no one seemed to have. I know what it’s like to be told “it’s just behavior” when your gut says otherwise.

That journey—paired with my own functional health struggles—changed everything. I saw firsthand how powerful it is to look deeper: at gut health, environment, stress, and biology. Now, I help other parents do the same. Because every child deserves to be understood, and every parent deserves a path forward that actually leads to healing—not just coping.
